NEVA Creative Arts Co. — 2026–27 School Year (August 23, 2026 – May 2027)
Version effective September 25, 2026

By enrolling in any NEVA Creative Arts Co. program, families agree to the tuition rates, billing schedule, and payment terms described below. Please read this policy carefully before completing checkout.

Tuition Rates

Group Classes

Group class tuition is billed per class per month. Families with multiple enrolled students receive an automatic discount based on the total number of group classes across the entire family account:

The family discount is calculated automatically at checkout and applies across all students linked to your account. When you add additional classes, the discount tier updates immediately.

Voice & Private Lessons

Private voice lessons are $129/month, billed on the same schedule as group classes. Voice lessons are not eligible for the family group-class discount and are not available on a month-to-month basis.

NEVA Troupe

Troupe tuition is $612 for the full school year, paid in four equal installments of $153:

Deposit: due at enrollment (charged at checkout)
Installment 2: October 1, 2026
Installment 3: January 3, 2027
Installment 4: March 1, 2027

Families who also hold an active full-year (Monthly or Semester) group class enrollment receive a 10% discount on Troupe tuition, reducing the total to approximately $550.80.

Special Events & Master Classes

One-time events (Master Classes, Adult Ballroom, etc.) require a single payment at registration. Fees are listed on the registration page for each event.

Billing Options

Monthly Billing (Full-Year Commitment)

Tuition is automatically charged to the card on file on the 23rd of each month, beginning August 23, 2026. This option is a full-year commitment through May 2027.

August: Prorated for the days remaining from August 23 onward.
September–April: Full monthly rate, charged on the 23rd of each month.
May: Half the monthly rate, as the school year ends mid-month.

Families enrolled in multiple classes receive one consolidated invoice per billing date rather than a separate charge per class.

Semester Billing (Full-Year Commitment)

Tuition is paid in two lump sums:

Semester 1 (Aug–Dec): Charged at checkout. Covers the prorated August amount plus September through December.
Semester 2 (Jan–May): Charged January 3, 2027. Covers the remaining 4.5 months of the school year.

Semester billing carries the same full-year commitment as Monthly billing.

Month-to-Month (Group Classes Only)

Month-to-month enrollment allows participation without a full-year commitment. An additional surcharge applies on top of the base monthly rate. Voice lessons are not available month-to-month.

Rather than an automatic charge, month-to-month families receive an invoice by email on each billing date and must pay via the link in that email. If an invoice is not paid, the account will move to past-due status and enrollment may be paused.

Month-to-month enrollment can be cancelled at any time from your Account page. Cancellation stops future invoices; any previously issued invoice remains due.

Switching from Month-to-Month to Full Year

Month-to-month classes can be switched to full-year enrollment from your Account page at any time up to and including the day before Semester 2 classes begin (January 3, 2027). You may switch some or all of your month-to-month classes. Once a class is switched it becomes a full-year commitment for the rest of the school year (see Full-Year Commitment) and cannot be switched back or cancelled mid-year.

If your family has no other full-year classes, you may choose Monthly or Semester billing when you switch. If you already have full-year classes (including voice lessons), switched classes join the billing option you already use.

After switching, the month-to-month surcharge no longer applies, and the switched classes count toward your family’s multi-class discount. If the discount tier improves, your family’s other full-year group classes also get the new rate for every month that has not yet started: Monthly classes beginning with their next unpaid billing date, and Semester classes through a credit for the remaining Semester 1 months (applied to the payment made when you switch) plus a lower Semester 2 payment. Classes you leave on month-to-month keep their month-to-month rate and invoices. A Troupe multi-program discount that has not already been applied is credited when you switch.

Full-year billing is charged automatically, so a card must be saved on your account to switch. If you don’t have one saved, you will be asked to enter one through our secure payment page (Stripe) to complete the switch. The switch takes effect only once any payment due at the time of switching succeeds.

What you pay when you switch depends on when you switch:

Before the first day of classes: the month-to-month surcharge (and any multi-class discount difference) on the first month you already paid is refunded to your card, and all future months are billed automatically at the full-year rate.
After classes start, with no unpaid invoice: your next billing date and every one after it are charged automatically at the full-year rate.
After classes start, with an unpaid invoice that is not yet past due: that invoice is re-priced to the full-year rate for the switched classes and charged to your card immediately. Future billing dates are then charged automatically at the full-year rate.
After classes start, with a past-due invoice: the past-due invoice must be paid in full at its original month-to-month rate at the time of switching, including any classes on it that you are not switching. Future billing dates are then charged automatically at the full-year rate.

Switching to Semester billing: the remaining unpaid Semester 1 months for the switched class are charged at the time of switching in one lump sum at the full-year rate (plus any past-due invoice as described above), and the class is added to your Semester 2 payment on January 3, 2027. Semester billing is available when switching until Semester 2 billing begins.

First Month Proration

The school year begins August 23, 2026. Your first invoice covers only the days remaining in August from the 23rd onward, calculated at a daily rate based on your monthly tuition. Full-month invoices begin September 23.

Consolidated Invoices for Multi-Class Families

If your family is enrolled in two or more classes, all charges for the same billing date are combined onto a single invoice. You will receive one email receipt per billing date showing the combined total and an itemized breakdown by student and class.

Full-Year Commitment

Monthly and Semester enrollments are a commitment to the full 2026–27 school year. Early withdrawal is not offered except in extraordinary circumstances at NEVA's sole discretion. To discuss an unusual situation, please contact us at nevacreativearts@gmail.com or 304-278-4682.

Refunds & Credits

All paid tuition is non-refundable. If NEVA cancels a scheduled class or session, affected families will receive a makeup session or credit at our discretion. NEVA does not issue refunds or credits for student absences.

Failed Payments

If an automatic payment fails, Stripe will retry the charge and you will receive an email notification. Please update your payment method promptly to avoid any disruption to enrollment. Repeated failed payments may result in enrollment being paused until the outstanding balance is resolved.
